•  Sex & Health are guaranteed. Genetics are guaranteed to the best of our ability. Some genes can be difficult to distinguish in certain combos, as with many genes that can be stacked together.

• Live Arrival Guarantee - Our animals are guaranteed to arrive to you live, & in good condition. If your animal arrives deceased we will offer a full refund, if all conditions are met. (meaning you picked it up in a timely manner & informed us immediately, shipping information was complete and correct & it was not shipped to your residence) 

• All animals are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight. 

• We will ship to your residence but it will be AT YOUR OWN RISK as insurance / FedEx do not cover residential deliveries. Shipping to your residence VOIDS the Live Arrival Guarantee. Delivery MUST be picked up immediately after delivery.

• Shipping hub to hub is the preferred method as it is safest for the animal.

• Shipping is done Tuesdays & Wednesdays only, also taking into account weather, work schedules, insurance, & holidays.  

• Temperatures must be between 40 & 90 on both ends for shipping.

• Anything below 40 or above 90 WE WILL NOT SHIP. 

• We do not ship during the weeks of major holidays.

• Whomever pays for the animal, that is the name the animal is shipped under.

• Someone MUST be present to receive the animal for live arrival guarantee.

• We must be notified within an hour for Live Arrival Guarantee via Email, text, phone call, or how ever contact was originally made. 

• If the animal is DOA please provide proof of the DOA within an hour of receiving the animal. (Proof is pictures & or video) 

• The receipt time is based off the time the animal is picked up at the specified address & determined by FedEx. 

• An Email or Text with pictures & video of the actual animal must be received within that hour or all guarantees are null & void.

• I guarantee my animals to arrive live & healthy within the timeframe stated above. 

• All sales are final. Store credit can be awarded, or animal replacement. 

• Due to local state laws, we DO NOT sell or ship Western Hognose Snakes to CO, IA, IL, & MO.

• We ship within the 48 states only.

• Live Arrival Guarantee is VOID if we are provided incomplete or erroneous shipping information. Remember these are live animals, please be thorough & provide us with complete & correct shipping information so that your animal can arrive safely.

• Buyers are responsible for ensuring proper care & husbandry after the animal has been accepted & is in their care.

• Guarantees do not cover injuries, attacks, negligence or problems caused by improper care or husbandry by the buyer.
